Eden McIntyre is a writer for stage and screen, currently being forced into writing a biography.

He pays council tax in Glasgow, so he must be based there, and doesn't wait for the green man at traffic lights, so he must be from there. In 2020, he was a BBC Writers Room Scottish Voice, an MATV Graduate from Glasgow Caledonian University, and flew arse-first into the exciting and definitely boundless world of freelance writing and editing. Since then, he has lived and worked across the UK, Australia, Aotearoa New Zealand, and Japan, developing theatre and constantly writing.

His scripts have won various awards, including Short Com’s TV Sitcom Competition in 2024 for his supernatural workplace comedy, Graham Reaper.
He is now writing and developing a major play for Alan Cumming at Pitlochry Festival Theatre about a Scottish icon, world premiering in 2027. When he isn’t writing in the third person, he can be found editing scripts and short stories, judging competitions like NYC Midnight, and sending emails into the abyss.
