James Barr is a multi-award-winning comedian and radio / TV presenter. He’s delighted audiences with his own brand of outrageous and upbeat comedy on-air, on stage and online - and he can count major names in entertainment as his fans including Ed Sheeran, Fleur East and Dannii Minogue.

After three smash-hit, critically-acclaimed runs, James returned to the Edinburgh Fringe in 2025 with his show ‘Sorry I Hurt Your Son (Said My Ex to My Mum)' where it has received rave reviews.

He’s famous for his appearances on Piers Morgan and is the co-founder and host of the UK’s top LGBT+ podcast, A Gay And A Non Gay. James is a regular columnist for Attitude magazine and has had bespoke features in both The Guardian and The Independent.

He is increasingly focused on writing narrative work for stage and screen and we can’t wait to be a part of his future projects.
